Several features make Amfloor so durable and tough. A highly anti-abrasive and scratch resistant protective overlay, a top quality melamine impregnated decorative film, high density super water-resistant tropical hardwood fiberboards, dimensional stability balancing film, a state of the art interlocking system and last but not least, a new WaxGuard for additional improvement in friction and sound buffering.

All of our melamine films come from either the United States or Europe. These decorative films are impregnated with the best melamine resins and cover virtually all woods designs and shades. Amfloor melamine films are guaranteed to be non-fading and change of colour even under sunlight!

This overlay that consists of millions of tiny aluminum oxide particles act as the primary deterrent against scratches, scuffs and wear. Aluminum oxide, being one of the hardest materials known to man, does not wear through over time. Amfloor engineers its products to such an extent that it guarantees the non wearing-through of this overlay.

The makeup of our high density fiberboards consist of choice hardwood fibers gathered from replenishable and renewable tropical forests. As tropical hardwood trees are naturally resistant towards moisture and changes in humidity, the use of such hardwood fibers are ideal in making Amfloor the most stable and durable wood flooring in the Malaysian market. All hardwood fibers are highly compressed under extreme temperature and pressure to ensure its density and compactness. Our high density fiberboards consistently achieve a density of an amazing 850kg/m3! , making Amfloor superior over other materials in terms of hardness, strength, water resistancy and impact shock.

Dimensional stability is achieved with Amfloor's proprietary balancing film. In addition to being a stability base for the wood floor as a whole, this film is also impenetrable my water molecules and acts as a barrier against underground moisture.

The Amclick system that we use to interlock our woodflooring are all cut to perfection using only genuine top-quality and fully imported German machinery and tools. This precise milling of our Amclick interlocking mechanism result in Amfloor joints achieving a strong and seamless unity, directly enhancing water resistancy, stability and overall beauty. Once again, Amfloor surpasses all expectations by achieving up to 700kg/m at its mechanical joints!

Last but not least, Amfloor's Wax guard® enhancement provides improvement in friction and sound buffering. Waxguard® contains water resistant qualities and also helps in increasing resistancy against moisture and leakage.
